The article reviews modern approaches to creation of bio-controlled prostheses. Classification of bio-controlled prostheses based on their operating system is described. The mechanism of movement recognition underlying «man – prosthesis» interface is also considered. Possible scenario of future development of bio-controlled prosthesis technologies is discussed as well.
