The effect of electromyostimulation using trainer of Markelov (MB 6.03.00) has shown the same elctromyographic reactions of the skeletal muscle as exhaustive exercise. Still, muscle fatigue, provoked by EMS, was less strenuous than the real exercise, presumably due to lack of “central fatigue”. |
